What is FlatFilePro's cancellation policy?
We built FlatFilePro from a seller’s perspective. No contracts, no % of revenue. Simple and a great value.
You may cancel your account or change plans at any time by going into your “My Account” section on the FlatFilePro app Your paid plan will end on the date of your next billing cycle.
Can I edit all my listings and Product Types using FlatFilePro software?
Yes, your Amazon listings will all be editable in FlatFilePro. We support all product types (close to 1,800) except books, which use a different backend API.
For any Amazon changes to product requirements, we automatically sync every six hours so you’re always working with the latest version.
How do I switch to a different plan?
You may change your FlatFilePro account or change plans at any time by going into your “My Account” section on the FlatFilePro app.
How does your tool get information from Amazon?
We’re an authorized Amazon App Store app. When you sync your account, we pull data directly from the Seller Central backend within about five minutes. (Could take a bit longer if you have thousands of listings)
How frequently do you sync with Amazon?
Product type changes and requirements are synced every six hours.
Your account’s inventory and listings data are pulled at least once daily, with more frequent updates available depending on your plan or special circumstances.
How do you handle the difference between what shows on Amazon's detail page versus what's in the backend?
We use two different data sources: the “listing endpoint” (backend) and the “catalog endpoint” (frontend).
Our reflecting page shows where they match (green) and don’t match (X).
You can hover over discrepancies to see exactly what’s different, helping you decide whether to open a case or make changes.
How are changes pushed to Seller Central?
Changes are pushed automatically in real-time through Amazon’s SP API when you click “update listing.”
Our system validates the changes with Amazon before submission.
Can you do bulk edits?
Yes, you can search for specific SKUs, select multiple listings, choose which attributes to edit, and submit changes all at once.
We’re also launching a CSV import tool where you can map SKUs or ASINs with attributes, and our validation engine will ensure compatibility with Amazon’s requirements.
How do we manage multiple accounts?
We have a dropdown menu that makes it easy to switch between accounts.
This helps prevent uploading files or making changes to the wrong account, as our system will only process changes for the selected account.
We have multiple brands and countries do I need multiple accounts?
We designed the software to make it easy to switch between multiple brands and countries.
Each marketplace connector you add to your account is valid for a new brand or a new country, making it easy to have full coverage of all listings.
